The hotel location charmed me. The full-size bath felt divine after a long day. The comfy bed was very tender.

The staff showed no attentiveness, it felt very impersonal. I requested a quiet room far from the elevator months in advance though I received a room directly by it.

Breakfast was good with many options. It was what i expected.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was hot in the room even with the thermostat set to the lowest temperature. i reported this to the front desk, BUT nothing changed. the minibar was not refilled during my entire stay. It was quite inconvenient.

i found the location quite good for accessing the city center. the breakfast offered many options , and the quality was excellent. my room , a superior king room higher floor , was modern and spotlessly clean.

the parking fee felt quite high for hotel guests , especially since it was uncovered.

The breakfast spread was quite comprehensive. I found many options to choose from.

The air conditioning made excessive noise. This was disruptive. I requested a room change because of this constant noise. The parking system seemed unnecessarily complicated, requiring assistance at exit.

The room was modern and spacious, offering a comfortable setting. i especially liked the powerful shower in the excellent bathroom. It was a great feature. i appreciated having slippers and a bathrobe provided. I found them useful. the hotel's brasserie served excellent food. I enjoyed dining there.

The iron in the room needed replacement. The cable was exposed and looked unsafe to use.

The swimming pool features a mirror ceiling and is a good size. I thought it a unique design element. the gym offers several machines, including treadmills and stationary bikes. i saw many options for exercise.

The hotel has a location close to all the major attractions. This made sightseeing very convenient. it offered easy access to various points of interest. I walked to most destinations. public transportation was nearby. I had multiple options for getting around.

The breakfast was excellent. It had lots of variety. The staff were great! The location is great for walking to facilities plus public transport.

The TV channels choice was very poor. Just news. The only film channel was Polish with a single voice over! The courtesy toileteries is a joke, I got one shower cap per family.
